# Book a Time vs Find a Time vs RSVP

Find Me Time has three primary scheduling modes. Pick the one that matches the decision you need guests to make.

## Book a Time

Use Book a Time when **you** publish availability and **guests pick one open slot**.

Typical cases: discovery calls, interviews, consultations, support sessions, office hours.

Guests do not need an account. They choose a time in their timezone, leave a name (and email if you require it), and receive confirmation. You can connect calendars so busy times stay blocked and video links are attached when enabled.

Try interactive examples on the [demo gallery](/demo), including [interview scheduling](/demo/b/interview) and [discovery call](/demo/b/business) pages.

## RSVP

Use RSVP when the **date and time are already fixed** and you need attendance answers.

Typical cases: conferences, parties, meetups, all-hands, launches.

Guests respond Going, Maybe, or Not going. Capacity and waitlists are available when you need them. Guests can update their response from a manage link.

See the [conference RSVP demo](/demo/e/conference) or [after-work party demo](/demo/e/afterwork).

## Find a Time

Use Find a Time when a **group** must discover a mutual time.

Typical cases: team meetings, offsites, dinners with friends, project kickoffs.

Participants vote on proposed times or paint Preferred / OK / Maybe availability. You review overlap and finalize. Guests do not need accounts for open-link participation.

See the [team meeting poll demo](/demo/p/poll) or [team offsite demo](/demo/p/offsite).

## Quick chooser

| If you need… | Use |
| ---------------------------------------- | ----------- |
| Guests book one of your open slots | Book a Time |
| Confirmed event time; collect attendance | RSVP |
| Several people find an overlapping time | Find a Time |

## Team modes

On Team plans, Book a Time can use Collective hosts or Round Robin assignment. Those policies change _who_ takes the meeting; they do not replace the three modes above. See [Team workspaces](/help/team).
