Free: ¥0. Pro: ¥980 per month including tax, or ¥9,800 per year including tax. Team: ¥2,980 per month including tax, or ¥29,800 per year including tax (includes 3 scheduling seats). Additional Team seats: ¥700 per month or ¥7,000 per year including tax.

Fees other than the service price

Internet access charges, device costs, and similar expenses are borne by the customer. No other mandatory fees apply to Pro or Team subscriptions beyond the displayed plan and seat prices.

Payment methods

Credit card and other supported payment methods. Available payment methods are shown on the Stripe Checkout page at the time of purchase.

Billing currency

Payments are made in the currency displayed on the Pricing page and in Stripe Checkout at the time of purchase. Pricing for customers in Japan is displayed and charged in Japanese yen (JPY).

Payment timing

Pro and Team each include a 14-day trial and require a payment method. The Pro trial is once per account. The Team trial is once per account (billing owner), across all team workspaces, and uses the seat quantity selected at checkout. If you cancel during the trial, no subscription fee is charged. Otherwise, the first charge occurs when the trial ends.

Subscription term and automatic renewal

Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year until cancelled. Pro monthly for 12 months totals ¥11,760 including tax versus ¥9,800 annual. Team monthly for 12 months totals ¥35,760 including tax (3 seats) versus ¥29,800 annual; additional seats renew at their monthly or yearly rates.

When the service is provided

Free features are available online after account creation or through applicable public booking links, subject to the Terms of Service and system availability. Pro and Team are generally available immediately after the subscription process is completed through Stripe Checkout, including during the 14-day trial period. Team features apply to the subscribed workspace.

Cancellation

Pro can be cancelled online from Settings → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Team subscriptions are cancelled per workspace from Settings → Workspace → Team billing (portal for that team). Telephone contact is not required. If you cancel during the 14-day trial, no subscription fee will be charged. If you cancel after a paid period has started, access remains until the end of the current billing period. Decreasing Team seat capacity takes effect at renewal; increasing seats is charged immediately (prorated). No prorated refund is provided for the unused portion of a billing period. You may delete your organizer account from Settings → Privacy, or request deletion through the contact form.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable. Please contact us through the contact form regarding billing errors or other billing issues.

Operating environment

A current or generally supported web browser and an internet connection are required. Optional features such as Google Calendar require the corresponding third-party account and permissions.
