Fees other than the service price

Internet access charges, device costs, and similar expenses are borne by the customer. No other mandatory fees apply to the Pro subscription beyond the displayed plan price.

Payment methods

Credit card and other supported payment methods. Available payment methods are shown on the Stripe Checkout page at the time of purchase.

Billing currency

Payments are made in the currency displayed on the Pricing page and in Stripe Checkout at the time of purchase. Pricing for customers in Japan is displayed and charged in Japanese yen (JPY).

Payment timing

Pro includes a 14-day trial and requires a payment method. If you cancel during the trial, no subscription fee is charged. Otherwise, the first charge occurs when the trial ends.

Subscription term and automatic renewal

The monthly plan renews every month and the annual plan renews every year until cancelled. If you remain on the monthly plan for 12 months, the total amount paid is ¥11,760 including tax. By comparison, the annual plan costs ¥9,800 including tax.

When the service is provided

Free features are available online after account creation or through applicable public booking links, subject to the Terms of Service and system availability. Pro is generally available immediately after the subscription process is completed through Stripe Checkout, including during the 14-day trial period.

Cancellation

Pro can be cancelled online at any time from Settings → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Telephone contact is not required. If you cancel during the 14-day trial, no subscription fee will be charged. If you cancel after a paid period has started, Pro remains available until the end of the current billing period and the account then returns to Free. No prorated refund is provided for the unused portion of a billing period. You may delete your organizer account from Settings → Privacy, or request deletion through the contact form.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable. Please contact us through the contact form regarding billing errors or other billing issues.

Operating environment

A current or generally supported web browser and an internet connection are required. Optional features such as Google Calendar require the corresponding third-party account and permissions.
