Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026

These Terms govern use of FindMeTime at findmetime.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.

1. Agreement and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create or maintain an organizer account. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. Guests and invitees may be under 18; that does not make them account holders. If we learn that an account holder is under 18, we may close the account and handle data as required by law. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. The service

FindMeTime helps organizers publish availability, booking pages, events, and polls. Guests use public links and do not need an organizer account. Features may depend on your plan (Free or Pro).

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials under your control. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, security risk, or material breach of these Terms.

4. Organizer responsibilities

You retain rights in content you create. You grant FindMeTime a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service. You agree that:

  • You have authority or another lawful basis to provide guest and invitee information, including where a guest is a minor. We do not require you to obtain parental consent in every case; you remain responsible for your collection.
  • You use the service lawfully and do not harm others or the platform.
  • You will not upload content you lack rights to use.
  • Displayed availability is not a guaranteed reservation. A time is confirmed only when the booking or confirmation process completes successfully. FindMeTime may recheck connected calendars immediately before confirmation. You remain responsible for verifying important meeting details with guests.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Abuse, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service beyond ordinary use.
  • Bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Spam bookings, create fake demand, or harass organizers or guests.
  • Use the service for illegal activity or to distribute harmful content.

6. Third-party integrations

Google, Microsoft, GitHub, LINE, Stripe, and similar providers are independent services. Outages, API limits, revoked authorization, delays, or policy changes may affect FindMeTime. Calendar sync failures do not by themselves create liability for missed meetings beyond these Terms.

7. Subscriptions, trials, cancellation, and refunds

Pro is offered online via Stripe Checkout. Prices including tax, the 14-day trial, automatic renewal, cancellation via Settings → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal), and the rule that fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise, are as stated on the Pricing page and the Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure. Canceling Pro during a paid period leaves Pro available until the period ends, then the account returns to Free. No prorated refund is provided for unused time. Telephone contact is not required to cancel. Deleting your organizer account is available in Settings → Privacy and via the contact form.

8. Availability of the service

The service is provided as available. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue functions. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party failures may interrupt parts of the service.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Japanese law, including for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protections. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service, and our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim and ¥980 (the monthly Pro price including tax), or ¥0 if you paid nothing and no mandatory rule requires a higher amount.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your organizer account as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that should survive (including liability limits and organizer responsibilities toward guests) survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has jurisdiction for disputes, without limiting any non-waivable consumer venue rights.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where a mandatory rule requires a different method of consent.
