Terms of Service

Last updated: August 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Find Me Time (“we”, “us”) at findmetime.app and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated by reference.

Read the Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy

2. The service

Find Me Time is a scheduling product that helps organizers manage availability patterns, publish Book a Time pages, run Find a Time polls, and receive bookings from guests. Guests use public links you share and do not need an organizer account.

3. Accounts

Organizer accounts may be created with email (password or magic link), Google, GitHub, passkeys, and optional two-factor authentication when enabled. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you create (availability rules, booking pages, polls, themes, and settings). You agree that:

  • Your availability and booking settings are accurate enough for guests to rely on when choosing times.
  • You use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or the platform.
  • Guest names, emails, messages, and booking details you collect are your responsibility toward those guests (including any notices or consents you owe them).
  • You will not upload or publish content you do not have rights to use.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Abuse, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service beyond normal product use.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Use automated systems to spam bookings, create fake demand, or harass organizers or guests.
  • Use the service for illegal activity, fraud, or to distribute malware or harmful content.

6. Integrations

Optional integrations (such as Google sign-in or Google Calendar when connected) are subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue an integration if the provider changes APIs, policies, or access. Calendar sync failures do not by themselves create liability for missed meetings beyond what these Terms allow.

7. Availability and changes

We provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or limit features when needed to operate or protect the service.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or (b) USD 50, if you paid nothing.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your organizer account via the contact form below. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk to us or others. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
