How the pieces fit
You start with an availability pattern for when you are free. Connect calendars and video defaults in Integrations, then create a Book a Time page that uses that pattern. Guests open your public link, choose a time in their timezone, and confirm.
RSVP events collect Going, Maybe, or Not Going for fixed times. Find a Time collects exact date-time votes or an availability range from a group so you can lock a mutual meeting.
