Book a Time pages
A Book a Time page is the public booking experience you share. It is backed by an availability pattern and your page settings.
Core settings
Choose the availability pattern, meeting duration, and how far ahead guests may book. Capacity per slot controls how many people can take the same start time when you allow overlap.
Guest fields
Guests always provide a name. You can require an email for confirmations and manage links. An optional host message appears on the public page.
Theme
Customize primary and surface colors so the public page matches your brand. Organizer screens keep the standard app theme.
Open, booked, and closed
Open pages accept new bookings. You can close a page to stop new bookings while keeping history. Status labels in the app reflect how the page is operating.
Public URL
Each page has a short public path under /b/.... Share that link. Guests do not need to sign in.
Multiple durations (Pro)
Offer more than one meeting length on the same page. Guests pick a duration before choosing a time slot.
Scheduling rules
Set minimum notice before a slot can be booked and buffer time before or after meetings. Pro adds booking limits, such as capping total bookings per day or week.
Approval, forms, and emails
Pro can require your approval before a booking confirms. Add custom questions, reminders, follow-up emails, and extra host notification recipients.
Calendar and video (Pro overrides)
Override account calendar and video settings per page, including the write calendar, Meet, Teams, Zoom mode, or a custom join URL.
Duplicate, export, and analytics (Pro)
Duplicate a page to reuse settings, export booking CSV with full detail, and view booking analytics from the app.
