Availability patterns
An availability pattern is the reusable schedule behind one or more Book a Time pages. Guests only see times that remain free after your rules and existing bookings.
Available hours
Define which weekdays and local time ranges you are open. You can add multiple sets (for example mornings on weekdays and a shorter Saturday window).
Regular unavailable times
Block repeating gaps inside open days—lunch, commute, focus time—without deleting your open hours.
Exceptions and special schedules
Override specific dates: mark a day unavailable, replace hours, or apply a special schedule for holidays and travel.
Timezone
Patterns store times in the timezone you choose. Your account timezone (Settings) is the default for new patterns and booking pages. Guests still view slots in their own timezone on the public page.

On the pattern detail screen, preview how rules expand into upcoming free intervals so you can catch mistakes before sharing a link.
