Team workspaces & billing
Team is billed per workspace, not as a personal Pro upgrade. You subscribe a team workspace for scheduling seats, then invite members and offer seats.
Subscribe (create + checkout)
From the pricing page Team column, or Settings → Workspace → Create & subscribe:
- Open the dedicated Subscribe to Team page.
- Enter a team name (and optional URL slug), choose seat capacity (minimum 3), and monthly or annual billing.
- Continue to Stripe Checkout. A 14-day trial is available once per account (billing owner), on the seat count you select. If you already used the Team trial, billing starts after Checkout.
- After Stripe confirms, Team features unlock for that workspace.
If you leave Checkout without finishing, the workspace may exist as Not subscribed. Open it under Settings → Workspace and use Subscribe to Team to finish.
There is an anti-abuse limit on how many teams you can own.
Scheduling seats
Seats only apply after the workspace is subscribed.
- Capacity is what you purchase (3 included in the base plan, plus add-ons).
- Assignment is members with an active scheduling seat. Only active seats count toward capacity.
- Pending invites and “offered” seats do not consume capacity until accepted.
- Increase seats: charged immediately (prorated). Decrease: takes effect at renewal.
- You cannot decrease capacity below the number of active seats — revoke seats first.
Offer seats from the members list. Members accept from the banner or invitation flow.
Manage billing for a workspace
Open Settings → Workspace, select the team, and use Team billing for {name}.
- Not subscribed: status badge and a single Subscribe CTA (no seat “in use” counts).
- Subscribed: seats in use, Manage seats, and the billing portal for payment methods or cancel for that team.
Billing Manager is an inviteable role that can manage Team checkout, seats, and the billing portal for the workspace. The Stripe customer stays on the billing owner (usually the workspace Owner). Billing Managers cannot edit scheduling resources unless they also have another role or page grant.
Switching the selected workspace also sets your active Create-for workspace. Pro personal billing stays under Settings → Manage billing.
Team readiness & activity
At the top of Settings → Workspace for a Team you will see:
- Team readiness — billing, seats awaiting acceptance, and resources blocked by missing organizers, seats, or calendar connections, each with a repair link.
- Activity — a history of invites, seat changes, sharing, host updates, and billing capacity changes. Sensitive details (invite emails) are limited to Owner, Admin, and Billing Manager.
Before you remove a member, revoke a seat, or decrease seat capacity, Find Me Time shows which pages would stop accepting new bookings. Team pages stay on the Team when a creator leaves; you may need to assign a new Primary Organizer or meeting organizer afterward.
Public Team landing
Each Team has a public URL at /t/{slug} (the slug chosen at create time). On a Book a Time, Find a Time, or RSVP page’s Sharing panel, enable List on Team landing to include an open page in that catalog. Pages are off by default.
Team scheduling features
With an active Team subscription and seats, you can use:
- Collective and Round Robin booking pages — Book a Time
- Team Find a Time automatic availability — Find a Time
- Team RSVP collaboration and landing listing — RSVP events
Personal Free/Pro features stay on your personal workspace; Team features apply to the subscribed Team workspace.
