Polls (Find a Time)
Find a Time polls help a group converge on a meeting time. Polls are available alongside Book a Time in the organizer app.
Create a poll
From the organizer app, open Find a Time and create a poll with a title, date range, and theme. You get a public link under /p/.... Free polls support up to 3 participants. Pro supports up to 12.
Share and collect responses
Participants open the link, mark which slots work, and submit. No account is required. Bot protection may apply when enabled.
Results and edits
You can review aggregated results in the app. Participants with an edit link can update their response when that flow is enabled for the poll.
When to use polls vs Book a Time
Use Book a Time when you publish your own availability and guests pick one slot. Use a poll when several people should weigh in before you lock a time.
