Guest booking
Guests use your public Book a Time link. They never need a Find Me Time account.
Pick a day and time
The calendar shows days with remaining capacity. Times are displayed in the guest's timezone, and they can change it. Only slots that fit your availability and existing bookings appear. When the page offers multiple durations, guests choose a length first.
Confirm details
Guests enter a name and, if you require it, an email and optional message. Custom questions may appear on the form. Pro can require email verification with a one-time code. Prefill URLs can populate fields from link parameters, and signed prefill keeps hidden values fixed. Bot protection may appear when enabled.
After booking
The guest sees a confirmation, or a pending state when approval is required. When email is collected, they receive a message with a private manage link. Confirmed bookings show the video join link and add-to-calendar options when configured.
Organizer view
You see new reservations on the booking page in the app, where you can accept pending requests, edit, cancel, or add a video link when needed.
