Calendar privacy

Find Me Time treats calendar data as privacy-sensitive. Guests and public pages never see your private event titles or contents.

What guests see

On Book a Time pages, guests only see open slots you chose to offer after availability rules and conflict checks. They do not browse your calendar.

Busy times from connected Google or Microsoft calendars are used as free/busy signals so already-taken times are not offered. Conflict details stay on the server.

What Find Me Time does not expose

  • Private event titles, descriptions, or attendees from your calendar
  • Full calendar dumps on public pages
  • Calendar consent inferred only from an email address or Team membership

Connecting a calendar is an explicit organizer action. Disconnecting stops future free/busy use for that connection according to your settings.

Team and hosts

When a Team page uses Collective or Round Robin hosts, availability still follows each host’s authorized calendars and seats. Public guests see a booking experience, not each host’s private agenda. See Team workspaces.

Demo pages

Interactive demos use temporary demo data. Demo responses are not stored permanently and are separate from production guest pages under /b/, /e/, and /p/.
