Calendar & video integrations
Integrations live under Settings -> Integrations. They control calendar sync and how confirmed bookings get video meeting links.
Sign-in vs calendar connect
Signing in with Google or Microsoft is separate from connecting a calendar. You can sign in with email and still connect Google Calendar, or sign in with Google and connect Microsoft Calendar for scheduling.
Connect calendars
Connect Google and Microsoft calendar accounts as needed. Choose which calendars to check for conflicts and which calendar receives new bookings as the write calendar. Conflict checks keep booked slots off your public page. The write calendar is where events and Meet or Teams links are created.
When a guest books with an email address, Find Me Time adds them as a guest on the calendar event and fills the event description with their name, message, answers, join link, and a manage link. Guests still get your product confirmation email and can add the booking from there if calendar invites are limited by Google.
Account video defaults
Under video defaults, choose None, Calendar, which means Google Meet or Microsoft Teams via your write calendar, or Zoom when your Zoom account is connected. These defaults apply to new bookings unless a page overrides them. Find a Time Use account default and Zoom account under Video link when scheduled follow the same Integrations video settings when you schedule a time.
Per-page overrides (Pro)
On a Book a Time page, Pro organizers can override the write calendar and conferencing mode: inherit account defaults, use a specific Zoom account, paste a custom join URL, or disable video for that page.
Add a video link to a booking
On a reservation in the app, use Add video link when a booking was confirmed without one. The organizer can generate or attach a link after the fact.
Zoom
Connect Zoom from Settings -> Integrations so confirmed bookings can get Zoom join links. For step-by-step add, use, remove, troubleshooting, and data handling after disconnect, see the Zoom integration guide. It also works as the Zoom Marketplace documentation URL.
