RSVP events
RSVP events are for a fixed date and time. Guests answer Going, Maybe, or Not Going. They do not pick a slot.
Create an event
From Events, set the title, start and end, timezone, and optional location and capacity. Publish to get a public /e link.
Guest responses
Guests open your link, choose an answer, and optionally set party size. When capacity is full, the waitlist can queue overflow Going requests.
Manage and export
Guests change answers with a private manage link. Organizers see counts and waitlist entries, can export CSV, and can close responses.
Reminders and notifications
Configure guest reminder emails before the event. Pro supports multiple reminder steps and extra host notification recipients, similar to Book a Time.
Guest questions and themes
Add custom questions to the RSVP form. Free includes up to 3. Pro adds unlimited questions with conditionals. Prefill links can populate fields. Advanced themes and branding options follow the same Pro features as booking pages.
